Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you may call 24 hours a day at (702) 876-5647.Although we understand that circumstances arise and plans may change, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, with custom spa packages we ask for a 48 hour notice. If we do not receive this 24 or 48 hour notice, a charge of half of the appointment fee will be assessed. If we do not receive any notice, a charge of the full appointment fee will be assessed.

Late Arrivals
Out of respect for everyone’s time, we cannot make up for late arrivals. The time you are late will be deducted from your appointment or your appointment may be rescheduled with a charge.

Spa Etiquette
At Zen Skin, we strive to create an environment that is relaxing and peaceful. To ensure a tranquil atmosphere for each guest, we ask that cellular phones and pagers be turned off or to the non-ring function. Also, please keep voices soft and realize the spa is not a place for children. Although there will be exceptions, with consideration we will provide a consistently soothing escape with every appointment.
